SHIPPING, PRODUCTION TURNAROUND, RUSH ORDERS
You may place orders for specific gowns and cover ups through this online store. Through twigsandhoney.com, you can pick your size and complete your purchase. You can combine shipping with our full product line including our accessories and fragrance. For combined shipping, all items will ship together based on the latest turnaround time.
- Production Turnaround
Your Myra Callan Bridal order is made to order. Our current production turnaround is between 12 to 16 weeks, not including shipping times. If the order is time sensitive, please let us know in advance to ensure timely delivery. For U.S. orders, please add 2-3 business days to the turnaround time to account for shipping. For international orders, plesae add 1 month to the turnaround time to account for shipping.
The Myra Callan Bridal line is truly special and all items are made locally in Portland, OR. Your dress and/or cover-up will be made to order. As we are particular about maintaining the quality of each product and as every item is made in the U.S.A., our items will take 3-4 months to complete after purchase.
All of our dresses and cover ups are made to order and they are made to standard garment measurements. We do not create custom sizes at this time. Please choose your size based on our size charts. Alterations for a perfect fit will be the customers responsibility and all our dresses and attire can be easily modified by a skilled seamstress. If you are between sizes, choose the larger of the two sizes as taking in a garment is easier than letting it out. Please let us know if you have any questions!
We try to describe and accurately depict our dress and cover up colors. Colors in photos can vary from computer screen to screen. When in doubt, please contact us with questions: firstname.lastname@example.org If you are interested in a different color than those listed for a particular style, email us for options. Some styles can be made in different colors but it will be an additional cost.
- Rush orders
We do offer rush processing. If you need a dress or cover up quickly, please email us for rates: email@example.com
- Do you combine shipping?
Yes! We are happy to combine shipping for your purchase when the items are purchased together in one transaction. If you buy items in separate transactions, please email us or write a note in the comments box for the second item to let us know you'd like the shipping combined and we will refund the difference in shipping. With this option, your order will ship out after the turnaround time for the latest item is fulfilled.
- What are your shipping rates and methods?
We will ship your order using USPS Priority Insured shipping with delivery confirmation and online tracking. USPS Express shipping is also available at checkout. If you would prefer a different shipping courier, please email us so we may arrange it for you: firstname.lastname@example.org
- When should I order my item(s)?
When possible, we recommend not waiting until the last minute to order your dress and/or cover up. All our styles are made to order with care and attention to detail, so things can take time. Please purchase your item(s) by the recommended production turnaround cutoffs above and add 1-2 months extra time from the date needed so you have time to arrange for alterations if needed orders and as shipping times are variable (unless Express shipping is chosen).
- Lost Packages and Shipping issues?
After an item leaves our hands, it is at the mercy of the mailing service. Please ensure that you list a secure shipping address. If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact USPS to arrange for reimbursement as the shipment is insured and email us with questions or if you need help: email@example.com
QUESTIONS, INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, RETURNS
- I have a question about my current order. What should I do?
Please email us with the date you ordered and your name to firstname.lastname@example.org . Please use this email address as we do not check other email accounts. As we are a very small studio, we may take a few days to reply.
- International customers
Based on our experience, please purchase your item based on the turnaround times above and add about 1 extra month for shipping and 1-2 months buffer for alterations. Shipping may take from 2 weeks to 1 month. Don't wait until the last minute! All packages no matter what courier method will be subject to customs. All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer and not Twigs & Honey, LLC. We cannot mark our purchased shipments as "gifts" on customs documents so please do not request this.
You will have the option of USPS Priority International Shipping (average of 6-10 business days not guaranteed) or USPS Express International Shipping (average of 3-5 business days). These options include online tracking and delivery confirmation.
- Refunds and exchanges
Please choose your item(s) carefully and email us with any questions prior to purchasing a piece. As your item is made to order, we cannot offer refunds or returns and we do not offer exchanges. All dress and cover up sales are final. We do not offer refunds due to the wrong size being ordered. If you receive the incorrect product or if your product arrives damaged (not due to shipping), please email us within 7 days of receipt to discuss: email@example.com
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
- How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Items in this shop contain small materials and are not suitable for children under the age of 3.
