Looking for some crafty individuals for a large project

Twigs & Honey is a small but growing and busy design studio located in Salem, Oregon and we are looking for a few talented, crafty individuals to help us with a large paper project for a national retailer. The end product will be for window displays featuring 3D paper flowers. We are looking for 2-4 individuals to help with the production of the paper flowers. All training and materials will be provided.

Specific skills:

• Crafting ability: cutting and gluing paper
• Detail oriented
• Hard working and dependable
• Can follow instructions
• Can commit to and meet deadlines
• Is punctual

If you have previous crafting experience, that is a plus!

Pay will be dependent on deliverables and a contract will be discussed and signed prior to the start of training/work. Payment will be by the piece (discussed prior to the start of work). Pieces must pass inspection and be of quality work.

The project will begin around 3/18 and end around 4/22 – roughly 1 month.

The contractors selected will be able to work at their location of choice and will be able to make their own schedule as long as the end project is produced correctly and on time.

Workload is estimated at between 20-40 hours a week per contractor.
