***General shop update***
*Most made to order items (Twigs & Honey accessories) are shipping out in 6 weeks but some are taking up to 7 weeks due to a high volume of orders received and our remodel/move into a new production facility/showroom. Some special brand new styles may take up to 12-14 weeks and those will have that specified in the item's description. Thank you so much for your patience! * All Myra Callan Bridal gown orders are perfectly on time! Those who purchased before March 29th will receive their gown between June 10-16th. Those who purchased after March 29th or before May 17th, will receive between July 30-August 4th. Thank you, brides!!
*At this time, we are only accepting a limited number of custom orders due to the high volume of orders that we need to focus on.

Most made to order items are shipping out in 5 weeks but some are taking up to 7 weeks due to a high volume of orders received. Also, we will be out of the studio for business between October 10th to October 16th. Reply times will be longer during this time and any Ready to Ship items purchased from October 8-16th will have 1 additional week added to the shipping time. We thank you for your patience!

We have been very busy with the 2012 wedding season but most orders are shipping out in 5 weeks or less. Some orders are taking up to 7 weeks so please take this into account when timing your order with the date the item(s) is needed. When in doubt, please email us as turnaround times are only estimates. Thank you!

We have added a new section to our shop: Ready to Ship. Products listed here will ship out in 1 week or less unless combined with other pieces that are made to order. We'll be adding more items into the new Ready to Ship section regularly! Great for last minute purchases.

We will be changing many bestseller pieces into ready to ship (ships out in 1 week or less) very shortly! If you're finding us last minute or just couldn't decide until too late, be on the lookout for over a dozen of our most loved styles becoming available as ready to ship.

***Production turnaround update***
We received an unusually high volume of orders and projects since January and some orders may be delayed. Any orders received prior to April 28th with a comment written in at checkout indicating an important deadline will be prioritized in addition to the oldest pending orders.
All orders placed on or after April 28th may take up to 7 weeks to process. Please confirm with us prior to purchase if you need a rush order (anything needed sooner than 5 weeks after purchase). We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this very busy time.
Thank you for being patient with us. We are a very small company and have been busy working our fingers to the bone. Up until a month ago, we were a one woman business. As we transition and continue to grow and expand, we hope that you won't mind the dust and will continue your patience with us! We truly appreciate your support during this busy but exciting time. When the dust settles, we will be excited to unveil an even more amazing Twigs & Honey with a full ready to ship line in June, 2011. We apologize for longer than usual reply times. We promise we are trying our hardest and fastest to get back to you.
